Confirm that water and electrical supplies are available on the day. The cleaner and emptier the space when we arrive, the more thorough and effective the cleaning.
We highly recommend booking your post-renovation cleaning only when all renovation work has been completed and the contractor has handed the property back to you. This is because workplace safety procedures specify that we cannot commence renovation cleaning until all renovation, construction, or moving work has been completed.
