We highly recommend booking your post renovation cleaning once all renovation work and handover by your Contractor / Movers has been completed in its entirety. We are unable to commence renovation cleaning until all renovation, construction work or moving has been completed in accordance with workplace safety procedures. A last minute cancellation charge will be incurred in the event we are unable to commence our work, so do plan with your contractors early!

Ensure that minor touch ups and proper handover by your Contractor has been completed, debris from post renovation has been removed by your Contractors; this is to ensure that there are no sharp materials left behind and your house remains cleaned after our cleaning is completed.

Arrange for the moving of furniture and personal items on a date different from the cleaning, so that your place is free from the post renovation dust and dirt to avoid contamination of your belongings. By arranging a different date, it also helps to safeguard our specialists from unfamiliar movements as they will be working in a coordinated manner during the cleaning.

Check that water and electrical supplies are available before the cleaning.

We will strongly encourage you to be present for the pre and post walk-through for the best service experience. While we understand that the need to take time away may be challenging, you can inform our Operations Specialist that in the event you are not able to take time away. Our Operations Specialist will arrange to send videos and pictures of the completed work.

  2. Pre-walk-through. Upon arrival at your home, our specialist will perform a walk-through with you based on the agreed cleaning plan. Concurrently, we will do an onsite inspection on the condition of the unit and bring up any anomalies that require attention.
  3. Service Through. During cleaning, our specialist will conduct safety checks, inspect for damage, and ensure that the tasks highlighted on the first and second stage are completed.
  4. Final walk-through. Once the cleaning is completed, our specialist will perform the walk-through with you for a final inspection. Our specialist will also highlight to you if there are any anomalies that may require your attention that have been observed during the cleaning. Should there be a need, our team will perform the necessary touch ups before handing the home back to you.
